Limits of guided surgery
Every step, from the scan and the plan to the printed guide and how it sits in the mouth, can introduce small errors. Guided surgery reduces variability but does not remove the surgeon's responsibility to check each step.
A guide is a tool, not a guarantee. The surgeon's experience still matters.
