What we collect

Your name, country, email, optional WhatsApp/phone, preferred language, treatment interest and optional message and file (for example an x-ray or quote). X-rays and treatment information are health data, which we process only with your explicit consent.

Why and with whom

To answer your request and arrange a clinical assessment, we share your request, and any file you send, with our clinical partner in Türkiye. This involves an international transfer of your data. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

How it is protected

• Files you upload are sent by email to the assessment team and are not stored on the website server.
• We keep an attribution record (lead ID, date, country, pages and campaign source) without health data or files.
• Health information is never sent to analytics or advertising platforms.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time: info@straumann-implants.com.
