Straumann implants for full-mouth rehabilitation

For people who have lost most of their teeth, full-mouth rehabilitation replaces them with fixed bridges on implants. Straumann's Pro Arch concept includes variants with BLX, TLX and Bone Level Tapered implants.1

In 2026 the FDA cleared an indication for Ø3.75 × 18 mm BLC implants in the pterygoid region of the upper jaw, for splinted multi-unit restorations only. 2

Consensus / guideline

The ITI consensus report on zygomatic implants found mean long-term zygomatic implant survival of 96.2% over a mean follow-up of 6.3 years, with sinusitis occurring in 14.2% of cases. 4
